Is shipping free?
Yes, on every order, worldwide. 

How long until I can enjoy my bedding?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, or up to 5 during busy periods. Once shipped, most orders arrive in about a week, and delivery can take up to 8 business days. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Can I return my order?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Items need to be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. Return shipping is a flat $14.95 USD in the US and Canada, or free if you choose store credit. International customers arrange their own return shipping. See our Returns Policy.

What comes in a set?
Each duvet cover set includes a duvet cover, pillow shams and a flat sheet. Some sets come with extra pieces, which are listed on each product page.

Which size do I need?
Our sets follow global sizing standards: 1.2m fits a Single/Twin, 1.5m a Double/Full, 1.8m a Queen and 2.0m a King. If your duvet insert measures larger than our listed size, or you’d like a longer, fuller drape, we recommend sizing up. Full measurements are on every product page.

How do I track my order?
You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also track it here.

Why did only part of my order arrive?
When some items are ready sooner, we ship them separately so you’re not left waiting. The rest of your order is on its way, and each package has its own tracking.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Email hello@dormestudio.com with your order number. Once an order has started processing, we may not be able to cancel it.

Will I pay duties or import taxes?
US orders arrive with duties already paid. Outside the US, your country may charge import fees on delivery, and these are the customer’s responsibility.

Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Choose Sezzle at checkout to split your order into 4 interest-free payments over 6 weeks.

Something wrong with your order?
If an item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email hello@dormestudio.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right, and return shipping is on us. For anything else, we reply within 1-2 business days.
