Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The DORMÉ Monthly Review Contest (the "Contest") is sponsored by DORMÉ Studio (the "Sponsor"). Questions about the Contest can be sent to hello@dormestudio.com.

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open worldwide to individuals who have reached the age of majority in their country, province, territory or state of residence at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, its agents and suppliers, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible.

The Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law, including in any jurisdiction that requires registration, bonding, government approval or a local-language version of these rules that has not been provided. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with the laws of their place of residence.

3. Contest Period

The Contest runs in monthly entry periods. Each entry period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on the first day of the calendar month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the last day of that month (each an "Entry Period"). Entries count only toward the draw for the Entry Period in which they are received and do not carry over to the next month. The Sponsor may end the Contest at any time by posting notice on this page; any Entry Period already underway will be completed and drawn.

4. How to Enter

Entries can be earned in the following ways during an Entry Period:

Leave a product review on dormestudio.com using the review link in your DORMÉ review request email	1 Entry
Leave a product review that includes at least one photo of your DORMÉ product (in place of the entry above, not in addition to it)	2 Entries
Share on social media, per eligible channel (see below)	3 Entries

Reviews. Reviews must be submitted through the review link provided by the Sponsor and must reflect your own genuine experience with a product you received. One review entry is available per product per order.

Social shares. To earn social entries, post a photo or video featuring DORMÉ to a public account (your own DORMÉ bedding, or a repost or share of DORMÉ content, so no purchase is required) on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest or Facebook, tag @dormestudio, and include the hashtag #mydorme. Then send the link to the post, or a screenshot of it, by replying to a DORMÉ review request email or by emailing hello@dormestudio.com during the same Entry Period. Each channel can earn entries once per Entry Period, for a maximum of 12 social entries per person per Entry Period. Posts must remain public until the draw for that Entry Period. Stories are accepted if a screenshot is submitted before they expire.

Maximum entries. Each person can earn a maximum of 14 entries per Entry Period: up to 2 entries from reviews and up to 12 entries from social shares (3 entries on each of the 4 eligible channels).

All entries are subject to verification. Entries generated by automated means, submitted through multiple or fake accounts, or otherwise in violation of these rules will be void. Each person may use only one email address to participate.

5. Prize

One prize is available per Entry Period, consisting of one DORMÉ bedding set of the winner's choice from products available on dormestudio.com at the time the prize is claimed, with an approximate retail value of up to $250 USD. Standard shipping to the winner's address is included. Any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs or other taxes are the responsibility of the winner. The prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. If the winner's chosen item is unavailable, or cannot be shipped to the winner's country, the Sponsor may substitute an item of equal or greater value.

6. Draw and Odds

A random draw will be held within seven (7) days after the end of each Entry Period, from all eligible entries received during that Entry Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during that Entry Period.

7. Winner Notification

The selected entrant will be contacted by email within seven (7) days of the draw and must respond within seven (7) days of notification. Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must: (a) where required by the laws of their place of residence, correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question; and (b) confirm compliance with these rules and, if requested, sign a declaration and release. If the selected entrant cannot be reached, does not respond in time, fails to answer the skill-testing question correctly, or is otherwise found ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and another entry may be drawn from the remaining eligible entries for that Entry Period.

8. Publicity

By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that the Sponsor may announce their first name, last initial and country of residence on its website and social media channels, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions

• Entering the Contest constitutes acceptance of these rules. The Sponsor's decisions on all matters relating to the Contest are final.
• The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind.
• The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these rules, and to modify, suspend or end the Contest if it cannot run as planned, subject to any required regulatory approval.
• This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, Meta or Judge.me.
• Personal information collected is used only to administer the Contest and in accordance with the Sponsor's privacy policy.
• Reviews submitted as part of this Contest may be identified on dormestudio.com as having been eligible for a contest entry.
• These rules are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Sponsor is located.

10. Winners List

For the name of a monthly winner, email hello@dormestudio.com within 60 days of the draw for that Entry Period.
